Qualifications

• CPA designation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including outsourced accounting or consulting.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to delivery (monthly close and projects)
• Present financial results to client management and audit committees
• Oversee invoicing and ensure timely collection
• Mentor and develop team members; staff and utilization planning
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve delivery
• Ensure compliance with firm methodologies and industry standards
