WithumSmith+Brown, PC is seeking an Audit Manager for the Not-for-Profit Industry team. The role will lead engagements from planning through completion, supervise staff, and collaborate with partners to build strong client relationships.

The position offers leadership opportunities, a clear promotion path, and career coaching to prepare for advancement within the Not-for-Profit practice. Travel may be required based on client assignments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.
• Experience with Not-for-Profit entities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, supervising staff and mentoring.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of audits, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, seniors and supervisors and communicate with the engagement partner.
• Resolve client issues in collaboration with seniors, supervisors and partners, advising on regulatory and accounting matters.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet deadlines.
• Create and monitor engagement budgets and discuss performance with team members.
