Job summary

Withum is seeking an Audit Manager focused on Not-for-Profit organizations. You will lead engagement planning, supervise staff, coordinate with partners, and maintain client relationships to deliver high-quality audits, reviews, and compilations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.
• Not-for-Profit auditing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Strong client service and communication skills and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on audit, review, or compilation engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with partners and managers; maintain client relationships.
• Oversee staffing, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate on issue resolution and advise on regulatory and accounting matters.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently and monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Contribute to professional development and training within the team.
