Withum seeks an experienced Audit Manager focused on the Not-for-Profit industry. You will lead audit engagements from planning through completion, supervising staff and coordinating with partners to deliver high-quality service to clients.

You will mentor staff, oversee multiple engagements, and work with senior leadership to ensure timely delivery while upholding Withum's client-service standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative Not-for-Profit team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license are required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.
• Experience with Not-for-Profit audits is preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Excellent client service and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations with high-quality client service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor staff; collaborate with partners and managers; maintain client relationships.
• Address client issues, provide recommendations on regulatory and accounting matters.
• Manage multiple engagements and teams to meet deadlines; monitor budgets and performance.
• Contribute to professional development programs as an instructor or leader.
