Scalable Capital seeks a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support clients from an Athens office. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chats, with full training provided and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Requirements include C1/C2 Norwegian and strong English, and an EU passport. Candidates living in Greece or willing to relocate receive a relocation package, plus private health insurance and other benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email and online chats.
• Work from an Athenian office and participate in training.

We are looking for a Norwegian‑Speaking Customer Service Agent to support clients of Scalable Capital. Working from an Athenian office, you will be responsible for answering customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian (both written and verbal) and a high level of English.
• Native language and nationality clearly listed in your CV and/or cover letter.
• Valid EU passport.
• Living in Greece or willing to relocate there (we offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad).
