Scalable Capital is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Athens office. You will handle customer enquiries by phone, email and chat, delivering friendly and accurate support to clients across Europe.

The role offers full-time work (40 hours per week), a fully paid relocation package to Greece for eligible candidates, and comprehensive training. Fluency in Czech and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Czech at C1/C2 level (written and spoken) and high English proficiency.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation package offered.

• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
