Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Slovak-speaking Customer Service Agent to support clients of Scalable Capital from our Athens office. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, delivering friendly, accurate responses and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You must have native Slovak language skills (C1/C2) and strong English, with an EU passport. Relocation assistance is provided, including flight, hotel stays, and accommodation support.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Slovak, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there with a relocation package available.

We are looking for a Slovak‑Speaking Customer Service Agent to support clients of Scalable Capital. Working from an Athenian office, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.
