Job summary

Scalable Capital seeks a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support clients from an Athens office. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chats, with full training provided and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Requirements include C1/C2 Norwegian and strong English, and an EU passport. Candidates living in Greece or willing to relocate receive a relocation package, plus private health insurance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian (written and verbal).
• High level of English.
• Valid EU passport.
• Living in Greece or willing to relocate there (relocation package offered).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email and online chats.
• Work from an Athenian office and participate in training.
• Provide support to Scalable Capital's clients.
