Norton’s Restaurant in Green Lake, WI (now under Gage Marine's family of businesses) is hiring dishwashers to join our back-of-house team. You’ll help keep dishware clean and ready for service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or kitchen environments preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen tasks.
• Strong cleanliness standards and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure items are organized and stored properly.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and prepping ingredients.
• Support kitchen staff by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes during busy service periods.
• Adhere to health and safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Participate in regular cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and areas.

WORK SCHEDULE
