Job summary

Northwest Truck & Trailer, a division of Wallwork Inc., is hiring for a Trailer Sales position. We sell new and used semi-trailers and cover western ND, eastern MT, and western SD. This commission-based role offers nearly unlimited earning potential and requires travel to customer locations.

Job schedule is M-F with excellent benefits. Education: High School diploma or GED; CDL required or obtainable within six months.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers.
• Maintain client and prospect databases.
• Coordinate service work with the service department as needed.
• Refer customers to Wallwork Financial for financing and insurance.
• Build relationships with current customers and promote services.
• Be available for assigned lot days and meetings.
• Demo trailer features and conduct walk-arounds.

Northwest Truck and Trailer, a division of Wallwork Inc., is hiring for a Trailer Sales position!

We sell new and used semi-trailers of all types, including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, grain hoppers, water hauling trailers and more! We are a dealer for the following brands:

We are looking for a self-starting, motivated sales professional. Position is commission-based with nearly unlimited earning potential! Travel to customer locations will be required. Position will mostly cover western ND, eastern MT, and western SD.

Job Requirements:

Education and/or years' experience required:

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• CDL is required or ability to obtain within six months of employment.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to travel as required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Effective computer, mathematical and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while assisting customers.
• Ability to read and interpret trailer specification lists and various other technical bulletins.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers.
• Maintain client and prospect databases.
• Coordinate service work with the service department as needed.
• Refer all potential customers to Wallwork Financial for financing and insurance.
• Continue to build relationships with current customers through knowledge of Wallwork's available services, pricing structures, additional services, etc. on a consistent basis.
• Be available for assigned lot days, required meetings and other appointed times consistent and required to conduct and maintain sales department business.
• Perform walk-around with customer and demonstrate features of suitable trailers.
