Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced field-based sales professional for IMCIVREE education in the Northwest, covering Northern CA, NV, ID, WY, MT, OR and WA. The role requires establishing relationships with HCPs and navigating a dynamic market from San Francisco or Seattle.

You will collaborate with patient services, marketing and MSL teams to educate physicians, enroll patients, and drive branded messaging while meeting yearly objectives. A discretionary bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialty pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales experience.
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
• Ability to communicate scientific data effectively to HCP audiences.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with active listening.
• Self-motivated, energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives in a collaborative, agile setting and drives results with urgency.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Execute disease and branded education to target HCPs in line with company priorities.
• Develop relationships with experts and target specialists in assigned geography.
• Collaborate with patient services to educate on enrollment and patient tools.
• Support marketing-driven educational webinars.
• Coordinate with Medical Science Liaison for medical information requests within TM scope.
• Comply with all compliance and code of conduct standards.
• Present at industry congresses when applicable.
• Accurately capture and report data in the CRM.
• Maintain ongoing training to improve skills and execution.
• Maximize budget usage to meet business goals.
• Complete corporate and administrative tasks by deadlines.
