Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced field-based sales professional to drive education and adoption of IMCIVREE® for Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS) across a Southwest territory including Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix. You will build relationships with key HCPs and collaborate with patient services to streamline enrollment and patient support.

The role reports to US Field Sales Director, National BBS, and requires 6+ years in specialty pharma with strong communication of scientific

Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialty pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales experience.
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
• Ability to communicate scientific data to healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute disease and branded education to target HCPs in alignment with company priorities.
• Develop strong relationships with experts and target specialists in assigned geography.
• Collaborate with patient services to educate on enrollment and patient support tools.
• Support marketing-driven educational webinars.
• Coordinate with Medical Science Liaison on medical information requests beyond TM scope.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting.
