Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the Gillette area, overseeing multiple locations, driving safety, service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage field operations, schedules, and staff while upholding PTI safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the branch and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee day-to-day performance for PTI region(s).
• Ensure safety and service standards across locations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and fleet maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Payroll to resolve issues.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to improve performance.
• Stay compliant with company policies and safety programs.
