Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Commitment to risk management, operational integrity, and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the branch team by promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard.
• Understand and meet client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development to keep skills sharp.
• Build relationships with local businesses to expand branch presence.
• Maintain strong risk controls by applying sound judgment and policy compliance.
