Job summary

JPMorganChase in Ohio is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive service while growing deposits and investments. You will coach a team, manage operations, and represent our brand with hospitality and modern financial solutions.

You will complete Branch Manager Training and may travel for in-person sessions. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of leadership in banking. Weekends/evenings are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching track record.
• Experience building a risk-aware, compliant branch environment.
