Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of J&J MedTech Electrophysiology US Field Sales & Service group reporting to a New Technology Manager.
• Assess and develop clinical competencies for the field organization and track improvements to certification levels.
• Launch new technologies and support achieving business objectives within the territory.
• Provide technical and clinical product support to EP physicians and staff for electrophysiology devices.
• Build relationships with physicians and EP staff to grow product use and indications.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers and management for alignment of activities.
• Partner with Education and Training teams to assess skills and develop prioritized plans.
• Develop and execute a certification plan to bring the group to targeted levels.
