Job summary

You will drive clinical outcomes, coach field personnel, and ensure best practices in patient care while managing recruitment and deployment of per diems.

The role requires extensive travel, supervisory experience, and a strong background in interventional cardiology within a commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
• Clinical certification required
• Experience in interventional cardiology
• Sales experience in medical devices
• Ability to travel 50-70% within region
• Experience leading clinical teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure field team effectiveness through 1:1 field travel and coaching.
• Manage clinical outcomes by applying ABIOMED clinical training and patient care best practices.
• Ensure employee and customer competency through development and performance management of the clinical team.
• Recruit and build a recruiting bench; manage Per Diems effectively.
