Beck's Hybrids is seeking a Field Agronomist to drive sales through teaching, training and field-based support for a local sales team in Northwest Iowa. You will collaborate with Area Team Lead to deliver agronomy content, conduct field days, and lead dealer and crop advisor engagement throughout Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, and surrounding counties.

The role emphasizes local product knowledge, coordinating plot programs, developing crop performance data, and delivering timely agronomy education.

Qualifications

• MS degree preferred
• BS in Agronomy with 3+ years field experience
• Valid driver’s license; insurable driving record
• Safety-sensitive position
• CCA license preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area Team Lead to improve sales results
• Lead field days, ride-alongs, and meetings with dealers and customers
• Provide agronomy content, trainings, and webinars
• Develop local plot data and coordinate product launches with RPS
