Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Northwest Business Development Leader based in Washington to drive growth across WA and OR. You will collaborate with sales and operations to build strong client relationships, manage key accounts, and guide strategic growth in infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities include developing regional plans, tracking KPI performance, and coordinating with executive leadership to secure new contracts. Travel up to 20–30% is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible sales experience leading growth of an office.
• Experience leading, developing and managing regional sales programs with private and public clients in construction, engineering or science.
• Experience selling and delivering CMT, CEI, and design services.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth and lead business development in Northwest (WA & OR), focusing on Washington.
• Establish, nurture, and expand client relationships as a client manager for key accounts.
• Oversee client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention and track pipeline, backlog and KPIs.
• Lead and participate in pursuits and teaming strategies to secure contracts and projects.
