Responsibilities

• Own Training & NSO execution for new stand openings across Oregon and Washington.
• Lead opening preparation, training, execution, and transition to Operations.
• Maintain a strong onsite presence during periods of market growth.
• Identify opening readiness risks and partner with Operations to drive solutions.
• Coordinate Training & NSO resources based on opening schedules and business needs.
• Evaluate opening performance and continuously improve NSO execution.
