Job summary

RockSol is seeking a Regional Engineering Lead for Northern Colorado to drive the transportation and infrastructure practice across the region. You will oversee client service, project delivery, and growth initiatives, building relationships with Colorado agencies and public-sector clients.

The role requires senior technical leadership in bridge, roadway, traffic, hydraulics, or transportation engineering, with a focus on pursuits, proposals, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Colorado PE preferred or reciprocity.
• 12–15 years of progressive civil/transportation/water resources engineering experience.
• Experience leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage projects, teams, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for transportation and civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage client meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive business development, RFP/RFQ evaluation, and pursuit strategies.
• Develop regional growth plans and strategic teaming opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor staff and promote technical excellence across Colorado.
