Job summary

AIR Communities seeks a Regional Property Manager for Northern Colorado. You will supervise multiple multifamily communities, drive leasing performance, and oversee budgets and team development on-site 4–5 days a week.

This leadership role requires proven experience with lease-ups, new construction, and stabilized assets, plus strong financial, operational, and people skills to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large onsite teams in multifamily/property management or related industries.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with lease-ups, new construction, and stabilized assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for multiple Northern Colorado communities.
• Maintain strong onsite presence visiting communities 4–5 days per week.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams.
• Manage a diverse portfolio including new-build and mature assets.
• Oversee property budgets, revenue growth, and expenses.
• Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
• Partner with maintenance/ops to ensure high standards and compliance.
