Placements24 is seeking an experienced Regional Truck Driver based in Upington, Northern Cape. The role involves transporting goods between distribution points and client locations, with a focus on safe and timely deliveries across regional routes.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain driving logs, and ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured while complying with all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Code 14 with PDP required.
• Minimum 4 years of regional truck driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Cape routes and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial truck to transport goods across routes in the Northern Cape.
• Plan and follow daily delivery routes to meet deadlines.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured and undamaged.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations and company procedures.
