Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Regional Manager for Northern California. You will lead the brand’s team in the region, driving retail operations and high-level guest experiences across owned stores and outlets.

You will guide Store Managers, drive sales and financial goals, and build a strong Arc’teryx community rooted in service and people leadership. You will partner with HQ, focus on talent development, and align regional activities with brand strategy while staying within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading multiple stores and retail operations
• Excellent people leader with ability to motivate and engage diverse teams
• Experience in all forms of distribution including owned retail, brand partnerships, and wholesale
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Culture builder and brand ambassador
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team to drive profitable revenue growth across channels via seamless guest experiences
• Coach and develop Brand Store leaders; set annual and seasonal objectives to drive sell-through and engagement
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations in the region; align with Brand Strategy and financial targets
• Ensure financial stewardship with P&L accountability
• Partner with Store Managers and HQ partners to place the right product at the right time
