• Experience with state DOTs and government clients.
• Track record of winning and delivering projects.
• Experience growing teams and new business areas.
• Strong understanding of the Northeast market.

Responsibilities

• Grow transportation business across the Northeast.
• Develop and execute strategy to win new projects.
• Build relationships with clients, authorities and agencies.
• Identify opportunities and lead pursuits from start to award.
• Grow and develop a high-performing transportation team.
• Recruit and build capabilities to support growth.
• Oversee project delivery with high technical and commercial standards.
• Take responsibility for development and growth of the BU.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on future direction.
