Established Search is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Laparoscopic Surgical Devices in the Northeast US, preferably based in New York. Lead a high-performing regional team, drive strategy, and expand market share with surgeons and hospital leadership.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in medical device sales, with 3+ years in regional leadership, and a robust network across IDNs and GPOs. Travel across the Northeast is expected; NY-based preference noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of medical device sales experience with 3+ years in regional or multi-state leadership.
• Proven success selling into operating rooms and hospital systems; strong Northeast network.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach, and develop regional team to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans to drive sales growth.
• Foster relationships with surgeons, hospital executives, IDNs, and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of laparoscopic technologies in hospitals and ASCs.
• Lead negotiations, contracting, and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and medical affairs teams for implementation.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and maintain CRM data; report regularly.
