Job summary

Afinitas is seeking a Sales Manager reporting to the VP Sales, North America, to generate and manage their own pipeline in the Northeast US region. The role aims to grow Afinitas Forming Systems & Concrete Accessories market presence, margin, profits and reputation, with responsibilities across external and internal opportunities and a strong emphasis on CRM discipline.

The position requires building cross-functional collaboration, delivering customer-focused solutions, and traveling as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related sales experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively to maintain contact with the customer base.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of existing and new opportunities to achieve sales goals in the assigned geographic area.
• Build rapport and establish trust with existing customers and prospects.
• Identify, capture and articulate customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Deliver presentations and persuasive communications to customers and prospects.
• Document customer contacts, communications, and call reports in the Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare sales reports as required and participate in sales team calls.
