Reporting to the VP Sales, North America, the Sales Manager will generate and manage their own pipeline and targets to grow Afinitas Forming Systems & Concrete Accessories market presence, margin, profits and reputation. The Sales Manager will ideally reside in and support the Northeast US region. This role works externally and internally to identify opportunities, strengthen the value proposition, monitor the sales funnel, develop strategy, metrics, and deliver future growth while achieving company sales revenue goals and budgets within the territory.
The compensation for this role consists of a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and location, plus uncapped commission potential and a robust benefits package.
