Job summary

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an experienced Northeast Regional Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of multiple operating companies across the Northeast. The role is hands-on, with full P&L accountability, and requires leadership of General Managers to ensure company standards and processes are consistently followed.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical trades, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership within HVAC, plumbing or mechanical services.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple locations across markets or states.
• Experience managing General Managers or location leaders.
• Strong P&L ownership with revenue, EBITDA, gross margin and working capital accountability.
• Familiarity with contractor licensing, permitting, and compliance in the Northeast.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience including dispatch, job costing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of assigned operating companies in the Northeast.
• Own regional and location-level revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, working capital and P&L.
• Lead, coach and develop General Managers across locations.
• Recruit and retain General Managers and leadership roles.
• Conduct performance reviews and address underperformance with action plans.
• Drive field productivity, labor management, job costing and margins.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing and mechanical service, installation and maintenance operations.
• Standardize scheduling, dispatching, quoting, warranties and processes.
