Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Regional Modernization Director to lead strategic and operational modernization and construction projects across a defined region. You will drive performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in field execution, while overseeing regional teams and ensuring alignment with safety standards and company goals.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in refrigeration construction or modernization, with at least 5 years in leadership, plus strong HVAC-R

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in refrigeration (supermarket preferred) construction or modernization.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-R systems, safety, and union labor practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional modernization and construction execution with timely, budgeted delivery.
• Oversee field operations, subcontractor management, and site safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and service to tailor solutions.
• Maintain regulatory and company safety standards; drive process improvements.
• Manage regional P&L, track KPIs, and implement recovery plans for underperforming projects.
