Job summary

Noraxon USA is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth in the Northeast region, selling biomechanics and rehabilitation technology to hospitals, universities, clinics, and sports organizations.

You will manage new business and existing accounts, deliver product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior customer experience. Travel 25–50% is required in this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline within a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable learning and presenting technical products.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, conferences, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers throughout the Northeast territory.
• Sell Noraxon solutions to universities, hospitals, rehab clinics, labs, sports programs, and professional teams.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings; participate in training.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
