Job summary

LS Tractor USA is seeking a Field Service Manager for the NE Regional Territory (CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT). The role involves visiting dealers, delivering technical training, and resolving service and quality issues across multiple states.

The candidate will report to the After Sales Support – Field Service department and travel extensively within the territory. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days per week.
• Ability to read and apply technical service material.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit Dealer locations to assist with service and quality problems.
• Provide product information and training to Dealer Service Department personnel.
• Represent LS Tractor USA during dealer visits within assigned territory.
• Participate in Service School presentations (in person or recorded).
• Plan and execute weekly dealer visit schedule.
• Communicate findings via weekly reports (written, email, text, phone).
