Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, mostly domestic.
• Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Performs service work assignments as directed.
• Installs new equipment and repairs existing equipment.
• Completes service jobs of heat treatment equipment at customer sites.
• Documents performed service jobs for warranty claims.
• Trains on essential skills through workshops and on-the-job shadowing.
