Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking an Operations Manager/Project Engineer to handle the administrative and technical aspects of constructing a project, lead a team of field and cost engineers, and act as the main conduit for cost, revenue, and cash flow information.

The role may serve as Project Manager on smaller projects and involves coordinating with the Project or Construction Manager to develop the team and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering OR a relatable field is preferred.
• 7+ years’ work experience in construction or engineering.
• 2+ years' experience managing engineers.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
