Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support strategic growth of its marine construction business throughout the Northeast. This role will build long-term relationships with project owners, engineering firms, industry partners, and key decision-makers to identify new opportunities and establish a stronger pipeline of repeat clients.

The ideal candidate understands the regional construction landscape and brings business acumen to shape long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in business development or leadership in heavy civil/marine construction.
• Strong knowledge of NY/NJ construction market and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategies for the Northeast marine market.
• Identify opportunities and build plans for repeat business.
• Represent Weeks Marine at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Get Work and senior leadership on pursuits.
