Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking candidates with at least 3 years of residential production experience to join our Phoenix Team. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating home construction, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining cost controls.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, manage timelines, and maintain strong communication with customers and partners. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential for timely, quality builds in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential production building experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise effectively at all levels & with a variety of personalities.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, implement and coordinate quality built homes from development through final construction.
• Oversee subcontractors and manage budgets, schedules and contracts.
• Monitor progress of multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safe, clean and compliant job sites and ensure safety codes are followed.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Locate, negotiate pricing, obtain insurance info and scope of work for labor needs.
• Complete homes with customer walk-throughs and conduct Home Buyer Meetings.
