Job summary

Odyssey Resorts is seeking an experienced bartender for Grand Superior Lodge on the North Shore of Lake Superior. You will deliver signature drinks, provide welcoming service, and create memorable moments for guests in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will work with a collaborative team to ensure an exceptional guest experience, from sunset cocktails to fireside evenings, and contribute to a lively, guest-focused atmosphere at the resort.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet and engage guests in a friendly, timely manner, answering questions about food, drinks and the resort.
• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and glassware sanitized.
• Inventory Control: Take inventory of supplies and report shortages.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
