Job summary

Odyssey Resorts on the North Shore of Lake Superior seeks a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and inform them of daily specials, menu changes, and recommendations.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any needs or concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Complete all assigned side work to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Server:

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and inform them of daily specials, menu changes, and recommendations.
• Food & Beverage Service: Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any needs or concerns, ensuring that they are fully satisfied with their meal and service.

Requirements
