Job summary

Odyssey Resorts is seeking a friendly and skilled bartender for Grand Superior Lodge on the North Shore of Lake Superior. You will craft signature drinks, greet guests, and deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet and engage guests in a friendly, timely manner, answering questions about food, drinks and the resort.
• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following established recipes and standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, stocked bar area and ensure glassware is washed and sterilized to high standards.
• Inventory Control: Take inventory of supplies as needed and report shortages.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service and support the overall resort experience.
