Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined sales/retail sales experience.
• 6+ years’ supervisor/management experience in retail field management.
• Ability to manage a diverse, remote team in a performance-based culture.
• Data reporting and analytical reporting experience required.
• Experience planning and managing departmental budget.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities
