Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive Starlink door-to-door sales across campuses. You will lead two regional teams, coaching college students to meet or exceed targets with field coaching and performance management.

You will coordinate with National Sales Manager and HR on staffing, deliver accurate forecasts, and maintain accountability while ensuring compliant messaging and field safety across all regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading door-to-door or residential direct sales teams.
• Ability to manage a dispersed team across campuses or territories.
• Strong selling skills with ability to handle objections and close sales.

Responsibilities
