Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. is hiring a Regional Dealer Development Manager to expand the North Region dealer footprint. This field-based role requires travel and close collaboration with regional management to drive performance and compliance.

You will lead dealer placement, buy/sell strategies, and profitability initiatives, aiming to open new points and renew agreements while delivering measurable network growth in alignment with Momentum 2030.

Formación

• 5+ years wholesale/retail automotive experience including District Sales Manager role.
• Knowledge of dealer financial statements, operations, and capital planning.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate dealer placement activities and prepare new point packages.
• Oversee dealer management, working capital, profitability, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with facility, signage, and trademark requirements.
• Develop and present dealer/buy-sell proposals to Franchise Committee.
• Drive dealer profitability improvements and network health.
• Communicate updates to Regional Management and coordinate launches.
