Job summary

Luminys Systems Corporation is seeking a regional sales professional to promote IP and CCTV equipment to the security market in North Florida. You will build partnerships with system integrators, end users, and consultants, and demonstrate products at customer sites as part of corporate rollout programs.

You will manage a sales region, forecast opportunities using CRM, and lead product presentations during training and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience with CCTV, security products, or access control products.
• Technical competence with Access Control and CCTV products and solutions.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and sales automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of system integrators, end users, consultants, and distribution partners to achieve company goals.
• Present products and lead training sessions for customers.
• Develop regional business plans and forecast projects.
• Coordinate cross-territory activities and implement best practices across the region.
• Travel as needed up to 50–60%.
