Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a District Team Lead to provide support and coverage to branches, drive process improvements, and help implement the Retail Experience portfolio.

The ideal candidate has experience in member experience, service and sales culture, and a track record of delivering results while building strong relationships with members and team members. This is a Full-Time, exempt role supported by a collaborative district leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business development or related field preferred.
• Experience in credit unions/banks and leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and support to branches to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead District initiatives and implement Retail Experience improvements.
• Develop positive relationships with members and team members to drive growth.
• Mentor and guide branches in sales and service excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet district goals.
