Job summary

HDR is seeking a North Central Region Transportation Business Group Director to lead transportation strategy, staffing and financial planning across multiple states. The role focuses on delivering the 5-year plan, coordinating with Area leadership, and guiding regional staff in a fast-paced, employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities include supervising regional leaders, managing workload and recruiting, and aligning with HDR MOA and QMS policies to drive successful project delivery and client

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing the 5-year strategic plan and annual plan
• Support Area Transportation leadership to conform to HDR MOA, QMS and policies
• Engage as Reviewer or Approver for MOA actions
• Work with Areas to develop Annual Financial Plan for the Region
• Foster collaboration across Areas, Regions, Market Sectors and Groups
• Coordinate salary planning and incentive programs
