Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing the 5-year strategic plan and annual plan.
• Support Area Transportation leadership with MOA policies and staffing.
• Engage as Reviewer/Approver for MOA actions and for new positions in Taleo.
• Oversee workload balancing, utilization management, retention and recruiting.
• Partner with regional and area leaders on client management plans and project delivery.
• Coordinate salary planning and incentive programs with regional leadership.
