Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with demonstrated leadership of diverse teams.
• Experience leading transportation business groups and coordinating with regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing strategy of 5-year plan and annual plan.
• Support Area Transportation leadership to conform to HDR MOA, QMS and policies.
• Engage as Reviewer or Approver for MOA actions and budget processes.
• Oversee workload balance, recruitment, retention and staff development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on client management and project delivery.
• Coordinate organization structure with Area TBG leadership and program size.
• Represent HDR in regional conferences and client interactions.
