HDR is seeking a North Central Region Transportation Business Group Director in Fort Collins, CO. You will lead regional strategy, manage staff and coordinate with area leadership to deliver the annual plan and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in transportation leadership, reside in the North Central region or willing to relocate, and demonstrate strong collaboration, quality focus, and HDR values in a dynamic employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing 5-year strategic plan and annual plan.
• Support Area Transportation leadership to conform to HDR MOA, QMS and policies.
• Engage as Reviewer or Approver for MOA actions.
• Support Area Transportation Leadership on workload, staffing and recruitment.
• Engage with leaders in key staff recruiting and new position approvals.
• Develop and achieve Annual Plan for NFB, NFE, OP and metrics.
