HDR invites an experienced senior leader to guide the North Central Region Transportation Business Group. You will drive strategic planning, align with HDR policies, and oversee staff recruitment and workload balance across multiple states.

You will collaborate with regional and area leaders on project delivery, client management, and strategic pursuits while upholding HDR’s employee-owned culture and commitment to quality. Strong business acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Strong business skills and commitment to HDR values.
• An active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing the 5-year strategic plan and deliver the annual plan.
• Support Area Transportation leadership to conform to HDR MOA, QMS and policies.
• Engage as Reviewer or Approver for MOA actions and recruit staff.
• Develop annual financial plan for the TBG region and supervise leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Area Leaders on client management plans and strategic pursuits.
