HDR invites a seasoned leader to head the North Central Region Transportation Business Group. You will guide strategy, drive the five-year plan, and ensure delivery of annual targets while balancing staffing and client engagement across HDR’s regional teams.

You will collaborate with Area leadership, market sector directors, and professional services leaders to secure high-quality project delivery and growth, fostering HDR’s inclusive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Strong business and leadership skills; commitment to HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Transportation Business in executing strategy of 5 year strategic plan and deliver annual plan.
• Engage with Area leadership on staffing, retention, and recruiting to support workloads.
• Partner with Regional Directors on salary planning and incentive programs.
• Coordinate with Area Leaders to implement organization structure aligned with program size.
• Foster collaboration across HDR regions and business groups to deliver client solutions.
